About Rume Medical Group, formerly Driven Care.
Rume Medical Group (previously known as Driven Care) was founded on one simple idea: providing accessible COVID-19-related services for all, with NO hassle. That is why we partnered with COVID Clinic, a nonprofit organization that offered drive-thru COVID-19 testing. Our team of experienced providers has allowed us to diagnose and treat thousands of patients across the United States since 2021, providing compassionate care to people like you in the comfort of their own homes. We knew that during a global pandemic, testing positive for COVID-19 was scary for you and your loved ones, and that challenged us to offer our services beyond the limitations that we were all facing.
Our providers are here to walk you through every step of your recovery and help keep you up to date not only on COVID-19 related illness but also on virtual convenient care, women’s health, men’s health, weight loss, substance abuse treatment, and so much more.
About Our Founder: Dr. Matthew Abinante, DO, MPH
Dr. Matt received his DO and MPH from Touro University in Vallejo, CA and completed his residency training at PIH Health Hospital in Downey, CA. He is a board-certified family physician.
Dr. Matt and a group of physicians supervise midlevel providers (physician assistants and nurse practitioners) allowing us to be able to care for patients in all 50 States. His goal is to make healthcare accessible, affordable, and patient centered. He has helped hundreds of families and is proud of the work Rume Medical Group does in eliminating the waiting room at a clinic and bringing a qualified medical provider to the comfort of your home anywhere in the United States.
