What services does Rume Medical Group provide?
Rume Medical Group offers comprehensive telehealth services across all 50 states. Our services include treatment for a variety of ailments like respiratory illnesses, weight loss, convenient care, addiction treatment, women’s health, and more.
Rume Medical Group offers with Sameday Health in-person services at two locations in California: West Hollywood and Manhattan Beach. Sameday Health wellness approach includes services such as IVs, personalized lab tests, vitamin injections, vaccines, weight loss, and more.

Who are your providers?
Our licensed medical providers are experienced professionals dedicated to delivering quality care. We have Medical Doctors (DO, MD), physician assistants and nurse practitioners who are ready to provide a convenient and efficient healthcare experience.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Scheduling an appointment is easy! For our telehealth services once you pay you will receive an email with a medical questionnaire that you need to complete. After that form has been submitted, you will receive a call from our customer service team to schedule your appointment.

Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance. Currently, we operate on a self-pay model, offering competitive rates for our services.
TELEHEALTH SERVICES
How do telehealth appointments work?
Telehealth appointments are conducted online via a secure video platform. You’ll discuss your symptoms and concerns with a provider, who will then provide a diagnosis and treatment plan.
What technology do I need for a telehealth appointment?
All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a stable internet connection and a camera for video consultations.
Can telehealth be used for emergencies?
No, telehealth is not suitable for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing severe symptoms such as difficulty breathing, chest pain, or any other life-threatening condition, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
What are your operating hours?
For any telehealth consultations we are open from 6:30AM-6:30PM PST, Monday through Friday, and Saturday 10AM-2PM PST.
